About Reservations

The arrival information you provide to us is used to ensure that your vehicle is Washed, Warm & Waiting upon your arrival. If the information is incorrect your vehicle may not be ready when you arrive.
Please double check that your arrival times are accurate (A,M,/P.M.) so that we can provide the best possible service for you.


Due to limited space (1200 car capacity) a reservation is required. Once your reservation is completed you will receive a return email with a bar code and reservation number. Please bring this information along with you at the time you check in. When we reach capacity you may receive an email advising you that space is not available at that particular time. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

A reservation guarantees a parking space but not Elite Added Services. Our Elite added services are scheduled on a first come first served basis. Please advise the client service representative at the time of check in what additional services you may require.
