Please be aware that failure to notify Elite of Arrival flight date changes may incur an additional charge.

Arrival Itinerary is required or electronic version shown to customer service rep for shuttle pickup.

If no itinerary is issued client is responsible for calling for shuttle pickup upon arrival.

Vehicles will not be washed, warmed, or staged inside bays if Elite has not received a return itinerary.
